Thinking Welsh is owned and operated by David Davies, a qualified Wales Blue Badge Tourist Guide offering guided tours across Wales.

3. Booking Tours

  • All tours are subject to availability and must be confirmed via email or booking form.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking, depending on the type of tour.

  • Custom or specialist tours will be priced individually, and details will be provided in advance.

  • Tours are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Thinking Welsh.


4. Payments & Cancellations

Payments:

  • Accepted via bank transfer or other approved methods (details will be provided upon booking).

  • Payment terms will be confirmed at time of booking.

Cancellations:

  • If cancelled more than 14 days before the tour, a full refund will be provided.

  • If cancelled within 7–14 days of the tour, 50% of the fee will be refunded.

  • If cancelled less than 7 days before the tour, no refund will be given unless in exceptional circumstances.

  • Thinking Welsh reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, illness). A full refund or rescheduling will be offered in this case.


5. Tour Disclaimer

While every effort is made to provide an accurate and safe experience, Thinking Welsh is not liable for:

  • Personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tour unless caused by proven negligence

  • Changes to the itinerary due to weather, access issues, or other unforeseen factors

Participants are responsible for their own insurance and fitness to take part in any walking or travel-based activity.

All content on this site — including text, images, and logos — is owned by or licensed to Thinking Welsh. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute content from this site without written permission.
